The Challenge

OmniPay was operating with fragmented engineering silos: disparate native iOS and Android codebases that lagged each other by months, a legacy web portal suffering high user drop-off, and fragile backend scripts that crashed under traffic spikes.

Compounding the challenge, rising fraud attacks were draining merchant trust, and impending enterprise contracts required stringent SOC2 compliance and automated Web3 escrow settlement for international accounts. They needed an all-in-one engineering partner capable of unifying mobile, web, cloud, AI, and security without pausing live transactions.
